Targeted Cold/Hot Therapy: Designed to conform anatomically to the ankle, heel, and Achilles tendon for effective pain relief from sprains, strains, tendonitis, and post-activity soreness. Many, such as the DuraSoft Wrap, can be used for both ice and heat therapy.
360-Degree Coverage & Flexibility: Features flexible gel packs or beads that remain pliable even when frozen, ensuring full, consistent contact around the ankle.
Adjustable Compression: Equipped with adjustable Velcro straps (sometimes Z-Grip) to customize the level of compression and secure the wrap in place, allowing for mobility during use.
Comfortable & Durable Material: Often made with soft, latex-free, non-toxic neoprene or plush lining on one side (to prevent frostbite) and durable nylon on the other.
Reusable & Portable: These wraps are designed for multiple uses, with removable, freezable gel packs that can be stored in the freezer for immediate, on-the-go application.

Application: Position the gel pack directly on the affected area, usually with the thickest part on top of the ankle or over the injury.
Comfort: If the pack is too cold, wear a thin sock or place a towel between the skin and the wrap to prevent skin damage.
Compression: If using a cold compression wrap, pump the device until the desired, firm but comfortable, pressure is achieved.
Duration: Leave on for a maximum of 15–20 minutes, allowing the skin to warm up between sessions, which can be repeated every 2 hours.
Safety: Do not use if the gel pack is punctured. If the wrap is too tight, causing numbness or increased pain, loosen the straps.
Alternative Use: Many wraps can be heated in hot water (3–5 minutes) for heat therapy.
