Adjusting Height: Loosen the locking ring (clockwise), push the silver button, slide the shaft to the correct height, and ensure the button clicks into place. Tighten the ring securely.
Walking Technique: Place the stick forward, move the weak leg forward, then step with the strong leg. Keep the stick close to your body to maintain balance.
Standing/Sitting: When sitting or standing, place the tripod on the side of your weak leg, using your other hand for support on the chair.
Maintenance: Ensure the slip-resistant rubber feet (ferrules) are intact and not worn down to prevent slipping.
